That’s something I wanted to do for years, I’m getting requests all weeks. 🖐🔧
At first I tried to buy them, but that was crazy. I need a lot, because I use them in most serviced Forks, all my Rebuilds and to help out buyers.
Simple parts, but always in need. This are all made out of steel!
First row left : Canti Sockets for the early ‘classic’ Bombers like Z1 (1996++) and all the older XC-Series (1992 – 1997), thread is M6 x 1, optimized tolerances. Optional with the Pin plates to adjust Canti-Brakes Springs.
First row right : For Marzocchi Bomber M-Arch Forks 2003+ using 3-parts design. This is a critial part, as it holds the 3-Parts M-Arch designed Forks together! Thread is M6 x 0,75.
2nd row: Same Forks with the 1st row, but this are suitable Canti Socket Screws used when you go with Disc Brakes. They close nicely the Sockets.
FYI: There is another Canti Socket from 2006 (V-Brake PIN 2006 – 850996/C) needed, which will be probably done also in the next months.=> check my XC-SERIES & BOMBER Seal Kits here : https://dr-zocchi.projectweb.de/produkt-kategorie/seal-kits/ ✨🖐⚡🤙
Forza ragazzi!! 🖖🤙🙏🚴♀️🚴♂️🏆
We still care about Marzocchi! 🔧🦾💕
I posted this message some minutes ago in the FB group “retro Marzocchi MTB group” . It’s a cool group focussed on Marzocchi Forks with lots of expert know-how.
I’m receiving 3-5 posts a day asking for spares and 5 about asking for support. The main thing in support are manuals, I think we have solved this up to 80%. You know Marzocchi/FOX closed the technical database and support – they only want to sell new forks. That sucks for sure, but I don’t mind.
If you are a Marzocchi Fan owning manuals, ads, pictures or any other documents please send it to me, we will publish to public for free!!
Another thing I did yesterday is about the question people asking a lot : What are you doing in the moment? Lock at this picture, this are parts which are in the pipeline, some have already been finished, some are in production (like the 38 and 40mm Monster Seals), some will be done next, some are not on the picture (some more foot nuts) … I hope to finish all this year.
I managed to create the 3D CAD Model + Drawing and will now try to produce a batch of this FS to IS Disc Adapter out of aluminium 6061.
As you might know there are a lot of early Z1 and Z2 forks outside, which have FS (Formular) Disc Mounts, which have been the up-to-date when Marzocchi produced the first Z1 Bombers starting in 1996/1997.
I have about 40x early Z1 and Z2 in stock and for me this is an option for customers, who want such a fork for their 90’s Bike Projects – like the Canti Hanger I have also created for the ones wanted to use Z1/Z2 with standard Cantilever Brakes (no V-Brake).
This well known adapter is in form & geometry similiar to one of the older Magura ones which have been used to mount Gustav …on the Z1. The idea is, to take this and when your disc brake does not fit excactly you need to grind it a little, as the basic dimensions will fit.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT? ANY IMPORTANT PARTS MISSING? SOMETHING WRONG?
You might know about my Marzocchi Seals projects I’m doing for many years. The simple aim is to have Marzocchi 100% compatible Seals for all our Marzocchi’s. 35mm Seals have been done, 38 and 40mm are in progress now.
I did some nice Complete Kits for the Z1/Z2, including Seals, Tools and more, so my intention here is to do one Kit for MarzocchiSHIVER and MONSTER also, based on the original Repair Kits.
I thought about the parts including in this Kit and the result is on the right side. It includes :
2 Set of Seals (!)
SAG Ring
Bushings
new Bumpers
black Knobs, 2 Tools
a nice Ahead Cap with Marzocchi Logo
a full set of Screws and
some important Bits O-Rings / Security Clip
Sorry, but : No, you can’t buy it now. But soon
Sorry, but : No, I did not calculate an end price yet.
dr_marzocchi : This is something I wanted to do for years, but to be able to do a lot of parts needed to be researched, collected and reproduced. 🙄🙏
The idea is that simple : Build a package for an easy Complete REBUILD for someone owning one of the older Marzocchi’s from the 90’s including Seals, Tools, Sticker’s, Manuals and all the little bits which are needed.
This one is for all Marzocchi XC600 and XC700 variants from about 1994 – 1996 including the red anodized XC700. 🎏💖
I will add some more kits later (DH3, XC500, XC400, XC51), others are available on request. Feel free to ask!
If you follow my blog or read me somewhere else you probably know, that I’m in reproductions – mainly tools and seals for the older Zocchi’s.
Parallel to my Reproduction of the 32mm Bomber Seals I thought about what users need most and the answer for me was clear : Users want to have it nice and easy and all in one (aká ‘Rebuild Kit Complete’), means : if someone want’s to service his fork he probably wants all this in one sending to a BEST PRICE :
Seals – and 2 Kits are better than one!!
Tools (Slider Protector and Oil Seal Insertion Tool to be be able to take old seals out and new ones in)
Other Parts (O-Rings, Clips, Security Rings etc.)
Screws – best is a set with screws – better stainless steel
Manual
I have most of it (mainly for the older Z1 and Z2), when this sending will arrive. It includes the Slider Protectors Tools for all 32 & 32mm Forks with M-Arch Design in my own Brand.
You can view this Kits here :
Here are the ‘Complete Rebuild Kits’ for 30 and 32mm listed :
