All this 24x Marzocchi Foot Nuts & Screws from ~1996-2018 have been selected to be reproduced now. No joke.
It took about a year to collect all the data, the master samples (2 pcs each), creating pictures, some cool excel list & all the 3D modell data + drawings.
I hope to have the first ones here before Xmas!β¨π
I will post more details in my Blog later, including a list of supporters from DE, PL, NZ, FR, CAN, NOR and more.
There will be a list online including all the data : o-rings, key size, threads, forks list & links where you can pre-order.

That’s something I wanted to do for years, I’m getting requests all weeks. ππ§
At first I tried to buy them, but that was crazy. I need a lot, because I use them in most serviced Forks, all my Rebuilds and to help out buyers.
Simple parts, but always in need. This are all made out of steel!
First row left : Canti Sockets for the early ‘classic’ Bombers like Z1 (1996++) and all the older XC-Series (1992 – 1997), thread is M6 x 1, optimized tolerances. Optional with the Pin plates to adjust Canti-Brakes Springs.
First row right : For Marzocchi Bomber M-Arch Forks 2003+ using 3-parts design. This is a critial part, as it holds the 3-Parts M-Arch designed Forks together! Thread is M6 x 0,75.
2nd row: Same Forks with the 1st row, but this are suitable Canti Socket Screws used when you go with Disc Brakes. They close nicely the Sockets.

You might know about my Marzocchi Seals projects I’m doing for many years. The simple aim is to have Marzocchi 100% compatible Seals for all our Marzocchi’s. 35mm Seals have been done, 38 and 40mm are in progress now.
I did some nice Complete Kits for the Z1/Z2, including Seals, Tools and more, so my intention here is to do one Kit for MarzocchiSHIVER and MONSTER also, based on the original Repair Kits.
I thought about the parts including in this Kit and the result is on the right side. It includes :

Another Custom Retro Rebuild-Kit for Marzocchi XC100 sold to Luis in Mexico. ππ π§

Marzocchi XC100 is a fork from 1991/92, very rare. As most of the Marzocchi’s around that years it has 51mm travel and Oil- / Air Suspension. The sliders are anodized. You can adjust by Oil-Level, Oil-Type and Air-Pressure, you can find a Manual in my Marzocchi Manuals Repository.
A very tricky detail is the second security ring under the Oil-Seal – it’s the only Marzocchi Fork which has this unique Feature making people going mad during disassembling ππβ
The 2nd picture shows a nice XC100, it is not the one from Luis, but hopefully his XC100 will look like the same way that good! ππ

dr_marzocchi : This is something I wanted to do for years, but to be able to do a lot of parts needed to be researched, collected and reproduced. ππ
The idea is that simple : Build a package for an easy Complete REBUILD for someone owning one of the older Marzocchi’s from the 90’s including Seals, Tools, Sticker’s, Manuals and all the little bits which are needed.
This one is for all Marzocchi XC600 and XC700 variants from about 1994 – 1996 including the red anodized XC700. ππ
I will add some more kits later (DH3, XC500, XC400, XC51), others are available on request. Feel free to ask!
During all the work around my Bomber Rebuilds I was in need for such Spare Parts you can see on the pictures. I needed to find Replacement parts for broken and unusabel parts. And in the end I decided to create this set of Spares for everyone, including all Screws, oil resistend O-Ring and the Snap- and Savety Rings.
You can currently pre-order it and I can deliver all parts, but the big safety rings will be delivered not before 31.05. as I need to reproduce it in Vietnam.
This Kit is primarily dedicated to the older Bombers starting in 1997, mainly Z1 and Z2. If this does not fit your needs, feel free to ask and let’s compare the requirements for your fork.
