Seals Assembling
When mounting the Oil Seals put crease between the inner lips of the seals before pushing the stanchions in!
Important : Use a suitable tool to press the Oil Seal verticaly in!! If you don’t do that, the metal skeleton will bend.
Seals ‘Break-in Period’
“Some forks may require 5-10 hours of use before the fork fully breaks-in. After the bushings, seals, and other parts have matched to each other, the fork will move smoother. The tight tolerances make the fork last longer and work better.” (original text from Marzocchi Bomber Technical Information (2000) )
Knob / Dial Installation Instructions
Please glue the little screw of the dials with a little bit of middle hard screw glue. And use heat if you want to take it off than.
Sticker Instructions
Please use the sticker only in conditions >=20°C environment to make sure the glue will work and make the tubes oil- and grease-free using isopropanol etc.

There has been only one version of the Bomber Canti Hanger created by Marzocchi for the early Bombers in the 90’s. Tt has been introduced with the legendary Marzocchi Bomber Z1 in 1996!
It fits in this Marzocchi Bombers :
- all Models with a boltened Brace
A lot of people have tried to create copies of this product as it is a rare one.
Have a look here :
- Current Ebay Offer [20220125]
My personal Comment : It is a realy nicely done milled version and took a lot of time to produce for sure!
You probably now I tried a milling version some years ago (40 pcs) and know about all the problems in production.
I did not like the result and that’s why I tried again!
But in the end this Ebay version lacks details, it is more expensive (+ Shipping from China) and looks like a ‘constructed version’ having ‘sharp’ edges, champfers instead of roundings, not that nice countersinkings, not mirror polished etc.The Marzocchi Original one has it’s own italian design, it is a little bit ’round’ everywhere on the model – even the flat surfaces, I believe it is from polishing process – and has a unique form, which can’t be milled.😉
But hey, you are old and wise enough : choose the version you like! 👍🔧🦾
