Free Marzocchi XC Tool for 3D Printing DIY!!✨🔧⚡🤙
To be fair : This was an idea my Insta buddy João / JR SUSPENSION TECH from Portugal (Insta : jrsustech) has, when we spoke about the Marzocchi ROCO Tool I had created in Aluminium on demand for a Marzocchi/ROCO Service Center (you remember : FOX/Marzocchi dropped support for all parts & techn. documents <=2018).👀😵
João owns a 3D printer and explained to me, that it would be a cool idea to have such data set for a tool in the background and that he can print it, when he is in need with no extra costs like for shipping.😬
I thought about a while and I think he is absolut right!!!🔧🤙
In this case it is about a tool for all the older Marzocchi 24mm Forks having a piston (part no. 300) inside, which – technicaly interesting!! – separates the Air- & Oil chambers!
You better need this tool when you mount this piston inside!!🙏✨
Marzocchi Forks which are related are : XC400, XC300, XC200, XC150, XC100, MX100, TT10, StarFork from the 90’s.
So this tool and may be others will be available online for a little fee to your service. You can use to print it on your printer or order one from a 3D Printer Service.
There is just one precondition : You need to send me a photo about the one you have printed for yourself just for my fun, please!🙏🖐🤙
I think I will do more of this, thinking about Top Caps which are very difficult and expensive to do in metal production for a single request.
