This Kit includes the following Spare Parts (please compare to the Exploded Diagrams & Part Lists for Z1, Z2, Z3 (partially) or others) :
- Part no. 1 – Safety ring (2x) – (my own production made out of stainless steel in 05/2021)
- Part no. 3 – Allen Bolt (2x) – (Screw inside the Knobs) mine is made out of Stainless Steel!
- Part no. 4 – C-Clip (2x) – (to fix the Cartridge on top of Part No. 5 – Plug) – mine is made out of Stainless Steel!
- Part no. 6 – O-Ring Top Plug (2x)
- Part no. 10 – Top O-Ring Cartridge (2x)
- Part no. 21 – O-Ring Foot Nut (2x)
- Part no. 25 – (4x) Allen Hex Screws with flat Key Head to mount the Arch (24) on the sliders (19, 20)
- Part no. 27 – (2x) Allen Hex Screws to mount the Canti Hanger (26) on the Arch (24)
- Part no. 32 – (4x) Allen Hex Screws to fix the Stanchions (19, 20) in the Fork Crown (33)
- Part no. 32 – (2x) Allen Hex Screws to fix the Steerer in the Crown – boltened Crown Version only
- 2x Knobs in a colour & variant of you choice (4 Variants)
Status 20211126 : My ideas for the future of this Spare-Par Kit :
- including knobs blue/red/black (in production since 20211126 / mkr) – CHECKED! Available from 02/2022 ‼✔✔
- including decals for Z1 (BAM) / Z2 (BAM) – later in Q1 / 2022
- Shrink Tubing Pieces (2x) – for the springs, to eliminate noises during compression on the stanchions
- including Canti Sockets made of stainless steel – may be, don’t know yet

Note: I usualy add a free Screw Set if someone buys a 30mm Bombers Seal kit. Please understand that if you buy both (this Spare Parts Set here & a 30mm Seal-Kit) I will drop the free Screw-Set, because it is included already included in the Spare Parts Set. My shop is too dump in the moment to do this automaticly, sorry!
Seals Assembling
When mounting the Oil Seals put crease between the inner lips of the seals before pushing the stanchions in!
Important : Use a suitable tool to press the Oil Seal verticaly in!! If you don’t do that, the metal skeleton will bend.
Seals ‘Break-in Period’
“Some forks may require 5-10 hours of use before the fork fully breaks-in. After the bushings, seals, and other parts have matched to each other, the fork will move smoother. The tight tolerances make the fork last longer and work better.” (original text from Marzocchi Bomber Technical Information (2000) )
Knob / Dial Installation Instructions
Please glue the little screw of the dials with a little bit of middle hard screw glue. And use heat if you want to take it off than.
Sticker Instructions
Please use the sticker only in conditions >=20°C environment to make sure the glue will work and make the tubes oil- and grease-free using isopropanol etc.
