I’m doing services for the older Marzocchis XC-Series from the beginning (1989 – 1998) and the very early Bomber about 1996 – 2006 for many years.

Please ask for Services for other Marzocchi Fork Types, drop me a note with photo and full repair history! 

End price depends on the necessary work load + material to fullfill this task. Please at your weight and driving style.

I you like to do a fork service yourself (DIY) please ask for a DIY-Kit including Seals and Tools!
I will support your DIY Project!

  • Dissassembling
  • Cleaning all parts (please do a pre-cleaning!)
  • Inspecting in detail, measuring
  • eliminate Corrosion on aluminium parts
  • polishing Stanchions (XC-Series)
  • cleaning Vales and Damper Assemblies (XC-Series)
  • cleaning cartridges (Bombers)
  • Fork Assembling using :
    • new Seals
    • broken parts will be exchanged with used ones
    • screws
    • new O-Rings
    • new clips, stop rings etc. if needed
    • new Stickers if available  (sticker for Z1, Z2, DH3 and XC700 red/black are in progress)
