Well, today I did a nice Marzocchi XC500 rebuild (titanium, 1″ steerer threadened) for Claus living in Australia. It is one of my best rebuilds, as most of the parts are NOS ones, means : never used.
The tubes (24, 25) have not been mounted, stanchion tubes (19) are new, also the damper knobs (301), bushings (56) also all seals, rings, air caps are NOS. Brace and fork crown have been used before, but they are also from excellent condition. As always I took the best from what I have from the shelves to do a rebuild as promised!
