Fully hydraulic air sprung/oil dampened multi-valve design.
Air pressure regulation by βSchraederβ valve.
On the fly damping adjustment via external knob on each fork leg at 6 positions.
Weight: 2.95 lbs. o 1339 grams.
Standard air pressure: 3.5 Bar (51 psi).
Steer tube: High strength steel with variable wall thickness available in
different lengths: 1β – 1 1/8″ – 1 1/4″.
Crown: Forged T6-6082 offset alloy, externally machined for reduced weight.
Arch: die-cast
Stanchions: Hard chromed chromoly steel – Γ1.023 in. o Γ 26 mm
Sliders: cast in a special alloy for a low friction
Travel: 2 inches o 50 mm.
Seals: Computer designed oil seal guarantee the best seal. The exclusive
Marzocchi design offers the greatest seal reliability.
Oil: Specially formulated Marzocchi oil eliminates foaming and viscosity

Sind Gabeln dieses Typs aus meiner Sammlung / verfΓΌgbar / verkΓ€uflich?
Gibt es fΓΌr diese Gabeln Federkits?
I.d.R. 60, 80 und 100 kg (?); z.T. farblich zu unterscheiden (gelb, rot, blau, grΓΌn ?).
Welche Ersatzteile sind noch verfΓΌgbar?
YES. I have most of the parts, original/new or used.
Especialy for the XCR I have a lot of new unused (NOS) stanchions.

D.h. man kann mit einem mit Alu-Adapter auch 1″ GabelschΓ€fte verbauen.
In welchen Farben gibt es diese Gabel?
Die Gabel wurde in mehreren AusfΓΌhrungen ausgeliefert, wobei im Gegensatz zu den anderen Gabeln diese alle lackiert und nicht eloxiert wurden:

- auΓerdem gab es diverse lackierte Varianten (gelb, rot/orange u.a.)

Particularities
- some forks have partly been sold with black crowns
- there are some special painted version (yellow, orange, etc.) with special stickers (something like a thunder design)
- the inside valve of the knobs are clued with Loctite and can not be disassembled! – please consult the manual
- from some time the XCR has been shipped with the metall DH3 knobs, which can be unmounted
- the XCR has no bushing : no upper nor bottom ones – the stanchion is the ‘bushing’ (and has no nylon addon like the XC500/XC600/XC700)
- dust and oil seals (26 mm) are the same as XC600 / XC700 / DH3
- air cap (26 mm) is the same as XC600 / XC700
